Çağla Temel, born in Istanbul in 1988, realized that food culture could be combined with beverage when he was studying in England, and started to work in the cafe, bar and restaurant sector in order to learn this business and to realize this in his country. Later, he studied Professional Bartending & Mixology from Cevat Yıldırım at the Culinary Arts Academy and worked as a bartender and bar coordinator in the sector for many years. Çağla, who gave consultancy to various places abroad and in the country, organized workshops, went on trips with the desire of more research and started to try different flavors in different countries. Due to the illness he had in 2016, he turned the focus of his life into healthy food and drinks. And he founded his brand called Fruitlands. Various venues, events, athletes; He started to prepare recipes where they could consume vegetables, fruits and spices in a healthy and correct manner. Continuing to work and improve herself in the bar industry at the same time, Çağla joined the MSA family as a Professional Bartending & Mixology Instructor.

Cevat Yıldırım, born in Istanbul in 1976; He started his bar career for 22 years and continued successfully in the leading businesses of the country, among which he developed his career in bars of businesses such as Nişantaşı Down Town, Mezzaluna, Laila, Liman Restaurant, Swiss Hotel Bosphorus, Ritz Carlton Istanbul and Lucca Restaurant Bar, and more than 10 in national and international competitions. has won an award.
